(In-store) Retail Marketing Specialist

As the (In-store) Retail Marketing Specialist you will report into and support the Benelux In store manager achieving the retail objectives and enhance the temporary visibility of the brand

Main Responsabilities:

• Develop a strong and ambitious plan for the temporary visibility, coordinating,& executing this plan for the brand
• Define creative briefs and work with vendors, assuring perfect communication flow and financial follow up
• Support all launches with animations in the POS and on-shelf according to plan
• Manage the temporary visibillity budget
• Define, follow up, and challenge Retail KPI's to improve the visibility of the brand and the consumer experience in store
• Communicate with brand to leverage any opportunity
• Make the most out of any retailers' tool to increase the consumer experience in the POS
• Analyze performance of the brand, competition, and customer profile per retailer
• Be on top of the trends that may impact retailers. (Department stores,etc.)
• Create and control all shelf planograms per account
• Build a strong partnership with different internal & external stakeholders (Peers, Brand, Field team, Retailers)
• Work closely with the Instore Mananger, Commercial team, Marketing and Finance departments.
