Our client, a global leader in medical devices, is seeking a Sr. Technical Support Representative - German Speaking, with a background in medical devices or healthcare. The successful candidate will be responsible providing after-sales, remote technical support by managing interaction with customers to resolution within the EMEA region.

Functie

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver remote technical support and resolve customer inquiries efficiently while ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and document customer issues, providing accurate solutions or escalating when necessary.
  • Respond to technical inquiries and offer guidance on product configuration, service orders, and spare parts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless issue resolution and effective support.
  • Maintain oversight of escalations and team activities, providing timely updates and reporting to supervisors.
  • Assist in product training and documentation according to authorized materials and company standards.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for After-Sales/Technical Support agents and engineers.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Profiel

A successful Sr. Technical Support Representative should have:

  • Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken
  • MBO+ level degree
  • 3+ years of Customer Service experience
  • 3+ years of Technical Support troubleshooting
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in medical/computer/telecommunications area in service engineering or technical support management. * Experience with HL7 framework, MSSQL database and Wireless Protocols IEEE 802.11 (A B G N).
  • Technical aptitude and a willingness to learn
