Functie

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand customer base
  • Identify prospects and develop new business opportunities within the European EVCI market
  • Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers, create and present proposals to customers, lead RFI/RFQ cooling & management for generating new revenue.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop new products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, customer's pain points and industry developments to Identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Drive sales growth and profitability through effective pricing and negotiation strategies
  • Conduct sales forecasting and budgeting, as well as report sales results to senior management.
  • Develop and mentor the sales team to drive performance, to make business plan/ go to market strategy and achieve objectives.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the brand and maintain awareness of market trends and competitors.

Profiel

  • The Sr. Sales Manager for European EVCI market is a challenging and rewarding leadership position that requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, sales acumen, and Interpersonal skills.
  • The successful candidate will be able to make strategic decisions, develop new business relationships,maintain existing customer accounts, and lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales. Marketing or a related field
  • At least 5 years of working experience in sales and business development in the European EV charging infrastructure business. It will be preferred if the candidate has worked for EVSP (EV Service Provider), CPO (Charing Point Operator), DC and AC charger suppliers etc.
  • Strong business acumen and an ability to identify new opportunities and generate revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
