Functie

  • Responsible for warehouse automation projects in Europe, participating into the overall pre-sales process, including conducting customer needs assessment and on-site exploration / Performing data analysis and business scenario assessment / Designing solutions, layout planning, and solution comparison.
  • Participate in project bidding, preparing technical proposals and bid documents.
  • Responding to tender specifications, providing clarifications, and presenting solutions.
  • Gather and analyse customer requirements and feedback and relay them to internal teams to drive continuous product and service improvements.

Profiel

  • Bachelor or above degree in engineering, preferably in automation, mechanical, or logistics fields.
  • Over 5 years of experience in AGV or logistics automation.
  • Skilled at identifying customer needs and proposing solutions.
  • Proficient in data analysis, layout and process design; experienced with AutoCAD, 3D-CAD software and MS-office (Word/PowerPoint/Visio, etc.).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch; proficiency in German is a plus.
