The Site Manager is responsible for the overall management and coordination of warehouse and office functions at our site. The site manager will protect and promote a professional image of our organisation whilst representing the company towards customers and any external parties.

Profiel

  • Experience in warehouse and office management, with a track record of leadership in both areas.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and administrative processes.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and office software.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and budget management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Represent the company at any occasion in a responsible way
  • Contribute constantly to review and/or expand this job description
  • Indepth knowledge of the French and Dutch language is a must
