Senior Treasury Associate (EMEA-Treasury)

With the new re-organisation of the EMEA Treasury organisation to be established in the Netherlands, we are looking for a Senior Treasury Associate for the growth strategy of the business.

The Senior Treasury Associate is primarily responsible for the bank account management in the Region with the clear target to optimise financial centralisation in the Group made up of over 30 Legal Entities and 20 more branches across a wide variety of Industrial business. Solution driven, pleasant and visible to the entire organisation as well as external banks, the International Treasury manager owns a variety of processes in the Treasury management system (Coupa Treasury) and smoothly supports daily operations and supports to affiliates. The candidate must have great communication skills and willingness to develop within the corporate finance world. The tasks and responsibilities are as follow:

• Perform bank account management activities for the EMEA Region in order to support daily cash concentration at headquarter level;
• Propose, lead and manage projects aiming at improving the centralisation of treasury processes in the region but as well the wider of the world;
• Perform short term currency disposition process to ensure optimised interest management;
• Provide guidance and advisory to local entities with regards to cash management, banking relationships and payments;
• Develop to become a key user of the Treasury Management System (Coupa Treasury) and first level of support to local entities;
• Cooperate very closely within the Treasury Department and with internal departments of the company (Finance, Accounting, IT) and Group entities all over the world. Interact with external partners such as banks and financial service providers (incl. Treasury System Provider);
