Job Description

  • Take full ownership of a key national retail account, driving sales, margin, and overall profitability.
  • Act as the main point of contact, building strong relationships with both internal teams and the customer.
  • Create and implement strategic business plans to deliver long-term, sustainable growth.
  • Analyse sales and performance data to optimise product assortments, promotions, and in-store execution.
  • Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure account goals are met.
  • Support expansion into stores and markets across Europe.
  • Report regularly to senior leadership on account performance, insights, and growth opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Several years of experience in managing key accounts or commercial responsibilities within FMCG / Beauty Industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and manage complex client relationships.
  • Strong business acumen with experience overseeing financial performance and budgets.
  • Skilled at negotiation and building effective, long-term partnerships.
  • Strategic thinker who can balance broader objectives with day-to-day operational needs.
  • Comfortable collaborating across multiple teams in fast-moving environments.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Enthusiastic about consumer products and creating positive experiences for clients and customers.
