Functie
- Works as a senior administrator performing day-to-day support and maintenance activities on all on-premise and cloud-based systems and services
- Strengthen current IT Infrastructure Team by proactively proposing systems and process improvements
- Monitors systems status, troubleshoot, implements changes after approval, works with trouble tickets, system patching
- Keep the systems availability on the agreed level
- Perform risk assessment of new IT projects, identify potential risk areas, recommend appropriate controls
- Perform regular risk assessment and audit for current IT systems and services
- Create and maintain documentation, policies and procedures for IT infrastructure processes, applications, systems, hardware and software
- Backup management, regular DR drill tests preparation and execution
- Participation in recurrent IT audits, preparing necessary reports
- Recurrent systems cyber security audit and assessment; prepare security and operational mitigations and audit reports
- Keep track of latest IT developments and trends in order to apply best market practices; suggests systems and solutions to be procured and implemented
- Support or manage some internal IT projects
- IT assets management
- Enterprise license management
- If and when required, assist users during business-as-usual
- Optional on call duty
Hybrid working approach: requirement on working from the office minimum of 3 days
Profiel
- Practical experience in VMware vSphere, VMware Horizon, server virtualization and VDI (VCP or VCAP certification is desirable)
- In-depth knowledge of IT operation, both on-premise and cloud-based environments (Windows Server and/or Azure-related certification is desirable)
- Excellent working experience in Microsoft AD, DNS, DHCP, Windows Server management
- Working experience in Intune mobile device management platform
- Working experience in SAN, storage and backup infrastructure management
- Knowledge or experience in BCP/DR drill test will have an added advantage
- ITIL certification or knowledge is preferred
- Automation and scripting experience
- Experience of good knowledge in of project management methods
- Ability to be self-motivated and resourceful with limited supervision

Commuting all: Full reimbursement of public transportation
Pension: Defined contribution scheme (100% contribution employer)
Working hours: 37,5 hours per week, 5 days per week
WFH allowance: EUR 2,15 daily
