Job Description

  • Lead the improvement of key data and metadata management tools;
  • Oversee data mapping initiatives and documentation of data flows;
  • Manage and support data stewards and custodians through training, awareness programs, and monthly working groups;
  • Collaborate with the data quality team to assess and enhance data quality controls;
  • Work with risk management and business teams to identify and mitigate data quality risks;
  • Contribute to updates and global alignment of data management policies and procedures;
  • Strengthen and implement the framework for key data management;
  • Ensure compliance with data policies in change programs.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in implementing and working with Collibra or other data governance and metadata management tools;
  • Background in data management or governance functions, preferably within a banking environment;
  • Strong knowledge of data governance regulations and industry best practices;
  • Experience in supporting governance committees and facilitating working groups;
  • Proficiency with data governance tools such as Informatica Axon and IDQ;
  • Experience with setting up data governance;
  • Experience with implementing and writing data strategy;
  • Experience with datawarehousing;
  • Experience with stakeholder management and presentation skills.
