We are looking for someone who:

1. Is digital savvy and data driven,
2. Has experience in business control,

• Can build the bridge between the business and the (financial) data.

You will be part of a finance team already including one business controller. There is a knowledge of the datacenter industry and control and accounting. We are looking for a Business Controller mainly driven by two factors:

1. Increased internal and external information needed on business reporting;
2. Getting to the next step within business control bringing the business and finance worlds together.

We will get you familiar in the organization and the datacenter business through site visits, training sessions and an introduction program. This is your change to get business experience in one of the fastest growing IT industries globally within a rapidly growing European organization.

As a Business Controller, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's financial performance and strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for providing insightful analysis, financial reporting, and strategic support to the management team.

You will make sure that the information need from the different stakeholders is met. This information is needed to update the stakeholders on performance or give them the information needed to base decision making on the right data. You do this by setting up the right management dashboard & reporting (based on instruction from the CFO and Finance Director) and ensuring this is made available to the right stakeholders in timely manner and in accordance with the data quality standards.

Some of your daily tasks are:

• FP&A cycle including budget and forecasting;
• Compliance reporting;
• Optimizing cashflow reporting;
• Ensure data quality and timelines;
• Analyze data and challenge input;
• Support with positioning papers by creating business cases;
• Preparing and analyzing project, quarterly and monthly reports;
• Support the Finance Director and CFO by providing various analyses and reports;
• Discuss reports with sales, operations and projects;
• Ad-hoc requests from stakeholders.
