They offer knowledge & tailored (software) solutions in regulatory affairs, clinical, qualification & validation, quality assurance, quality control, software solutions and go to market for companies active in Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices & IVD.The company has over 600 consultants working worldwide and they aspires to be the reference service partner to tackle complex challenges in life sciences. Furthermore they support companies worldwide in the life sciences throughout the entire product lifecycle, from idea to patient.


  • Develop, implement and drive sales strategies and actions to expand the life science business
  • Prospect, identify and evaluate new business opportunities with new and existing customers
  • Network across multiple functions with key decision makers at C-suite and operational level
  • Build long-term customer relationships and strategic business partnerships in order to support clients through their journey from idea to patient. Identify customer needs, respond to inquiries and propose creative solutions in a timely manner
  • Establish and manage a pipeline of opportunities in order to achieve sales targets
  • Manage the full sales process for opportunities from lead identification to contracting with accurate follow-up in the CRM system
  • Evaluate complex questions, divide them into manageable parts to be able to take the customer through their journey from idea to patient
  • Expand your network in the sector by playing an active role in different networking associations
  • Build your internal network within the organization with consultants, sales colleagues, HR, marketing… Sales is done together, with you in the lead!


  • You have a bachelor or master's degree in a scientific field, Combined with at least 3-5 years of field experience
  • Able to talk on a more technical level. High level knowledge on quality system standards, a (pharmaceutical) GMP environment and developments in the cell & gene sector are a big plus
  • Ability to engage clients across different activities that are crucial for the customer to bring the product to the market: from clinical, regulatory, quality systems & control, validation, to communication
  • You have a healthy dose of self-confidence; you not only know how to convey the message smoothly, but above all you listen actively to customers, partners and colleagues, showing patience and keeping an eye on long-term solutions and partnership
  • Influence others both internally and externally
  • Comfortable working with different tools and systems. An accurate follow-up in the CRM system is key for you!
  • You communicate and report clearly and bring up any concerns in due time.

  • Indefinite contract (with 2 months probation)
