Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accounting Officer with strong technical accounting expertise and experience in international structures. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment in the Netherlands and understands the regulatory landscape of the Corporate Services Industry.

As a Senior Accounting Officer, Corporate Service,s you will be responsible for

  • Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
  • Preparing VAT returns and reviewing income tax filings
  • Coordinating with auditors and supporting audit processes
  • Maintaining high-quality accounting standards and internal controls
  • Communicating with clients, advisors, and regulatory authorities



What will the candidate be doing / Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Oversee full-cycle group accounting for client entities
  • Prepare financial statements under Dutch GAAP and IFRS
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory and tax requirements
  • Manage multiple client portfolios and deadlines
  • Support corporate, legal, and tax-related matters

The Successful Applicant

Experience, skills and knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Economics
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in international accounting
  • Strong knowledge of Dutch GAAP (IFRS advantageous)
  • Experience with tax-driven structures
  • Fluent in English
