Job Description

  • Drive regional B2B sales growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with installers and wholesalers.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities while converting leads into concrete solutions.
  • Act as a technical and commercial advisor, proposing tailored heating and climate solutions.
  • Organize and deliver commercial and technical presentations, events, and trainings.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline processes and support overall business growth.

The Successful Applicant

  • MBO/HBO work and thinking level.
  • At least 5 years of relevant B2B sales experience in HVAC.
  • Technical knowledge of heat pumps and general air conditioning.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, and a true team player.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical skills.
