As SAP Program Manager, you will take ownership of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programme, ensuring successful delivery across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and implementation partners. You will drive governance, execution, risk management, and programme performance while acting as a key link between business, IT, and external partners.

Our client is an international manufacturing and supply chain organisation undergoing a strategic ERP transformation. The business is investing heavily in modernising its processes and systems through a multi-year SAP S/4HANA programme spanning multiple countries and business functions.

Functie

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the SAP S/4HANA transformation programme
  • Manage governance, PMO structures, reporting, budgets, and programme controls
  • Coordinate planning, milestones, dependencies, risks, and change management
  • Manage system integrators, suppliers, and contractual deliverables
  • Align executive stakeholders and provide clear programme reporting
  • Ensure business readiness and successful adoption across European operations

Profiel

  • Extensive SAP Programme Management experience within large transformations
  • Proven track record delivering SAP S/4HANA programmes
  • Strong PMO leadership and governance expertise
  • Experience managing System Integrators and external partners
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills at executive level
  • Knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) is highly desirable
  • Certifications such as PMP, MSP, PRINCE2, Agile, or SAP are advantageous
