Job Description

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing deals
  • Qualify inbound leads while proactively generating new opportunities through outbound prospecting
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and opportunities
  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns to drive new business
  • Present and position digital solutions clearly to potential clients
  • Expand market presence across the Benelux region and develop local partnerships
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to align on strategy and improve performance
  • Drive deals to close, including proposals, negotiation, and contract signing



The Successful Applicant

  • Fluent in Dutch, with the ability to operate effectively in the Benelux market
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B sales, ideally within digital, tech, or software solutions
  • Proven track record of closing high-value, complex deals
  • Strong "hunter" mindset, with a focus on cold business acquisition and generating new opportunities
  • Proactive and resourceful in outbound prospecting and lead generation
  • Strong commercial awareness and results-driven approach
  • Confident in pitching, influencing, and managing senior stakeholders
  • Organised and process-driven, with the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline
  • Collaborative team player who builds strong internal and external relationships
  • Passionate about digital innovation and technology
