Functie

  • Lead and coach a team of sales professionals
  • Drive new business and manage contract negotiations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Identify market opportunities and act on them
  • Translate client needs into technical and logistical solutions
  • Contribute to tenders and complex project bids
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects
  • Support overall business growth



Profiel

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience within the energy transition sector
  • Strong "hunter" mindset, with the drive to win new business and do cold acquisition
  • Well-established industry network, ideally with energy suppliers or related fields
  • Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills, focused on long-term value
  • Experience with complex, multidisciplinary projects and tender/tendering processes
  • Commercially sharp with a strategic, opportunity-driven mindset
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
