Functie

  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve business growth and improve performance.
  • Create and implement sales strategies for the Dutch e-commerce and cross-border logistics market.
  • Set targets, track performance, and take action to optimize results.
  • Coach sales executives to strengthen business development skills.
  • Grow market presence through strategic partnerships and industry networking.
  • Monitor competitors, market trends, and pricing to guide commercial decisions.
  • Support complex negotiations and manage high-value contracts.
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure excellent service delivery.



Profiel

  • Minimum of 5 years' sales experience in Dutch parcel, courier, logistics, or 3PL industry, with 2+ years in a leadership or senior role.
  • Strong professional network within Dutch e-commerce, cross-border logistics, and related sectors.
  • Proven ability to drive market expansion and revenue growth.
  • Experienced in leading, motivating, and developing a sales team.
  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and business development skills.
  • Results-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-growth environment.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, additional languages a plus.
  • Skilled in sales forecasting, budgeting, and CRM systems.
