About Our Client

Our client is an international industrial company.

Job Description

You will be in charge of :

  • Defining and monitoring sales targets within the regional area,
  • Coordinating daily regional activities,
  • Supporting sales force during negotiations with business partners,
  • Budgeting and driving sales costs for the regional area,
  • Informing about new applications and products possibilities,
  • Measuring market potential : market trends, customer development and competitive environment,
  • Organizing and executing periodic sales meetings,
  • Managing strategic accounts personally,
  • Implementing & coordinating product related sales strategies,
  • Leading and monitoring defined sales projects,

The Successful Applicant

  • Master's degree in International Business, Engineering or equivalent,
  • At least 10 years' of experience in a similar position (sales manager) and in an industrial environment,
  • Fluent in Dutch, English and French,
  • Strong experience in management of people, a great sense of business strategies,
  • Willing to travel 50% of your working time,
