About Our Client

Market leaders in the collection and processing of used frying oil and fat in Europe and the emptying and cleaning of grease traps. This makes them an important link between the catering industry and bio-diesel products in Europe.

Job Description

- Strategy & Growth: You develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed sales targets;
- Collaborative leadership & coaching: you support and motivate your team, but are also active in customer conversations and acquisition. Together with the account managers, you develop strategic plans for customer acquisition, cross-selling, margin improvement and turnover growth;
- Data-driven work: you monitor the market and customer needs and translate these insights into new opportunities and solutions;
- Sales targets & reporting: you set quarterly and annual targets and report progress to management;
- CRM optimisation: you stimulate effective use of CRM systems, measure KPIs and implement improvements;
- Customer satisfaction & service: identifying areas for improvement in our customer approach and implementing processes that increase customer satisfaction;
-Collaboration: You work closely with marketing, planning and customer service to ensure the best customer experience.

The Successful Applicant

  • You have experience as a Sales Manager in a B2B environment or:
  • You have experience in a commercial B2B environment and are ready for the next step in your career.
  • You are an energetic and driven leader who can inspire and motivate a team.
  • You have a data-driven and analytical mindset, with strategic and commercial insight
  • You get energy from working in a dynamic environment and have a proactive, hands-on mentality.
  • You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (German is a plus).
  • You are available full-time and work daily from our office in Amsterdam.
