Job Description

  • Prospect for new clients through cold calls, social selling, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of opportunities.
  • Deliver persuasive pitches and proposals that convert prospects into long-term partnerships.
  • Negotiate and close deals under pressure, consistently exceeding ambitious targets.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor moves to strike first.
  • Collaborate internally for smooth onboarding,but your main focus is winning new logos.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven success in new business sales within logistics, transport, or related sectors.
  • A true hunter mentality, you live for the chase and the thrill of closing.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proactive approach.
  • Highly self-driven, resilient, and motivated by big wins.
  • Ability to manage your own pipeline and deliver results independently.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (German is a plus)
