Job Description

You motivate your team to achieve shared goals for customer retention, growth, and acquisition. As a Sales Director, sales are your passion, and you possess the ability to listen attentively to our customers' needs, establish a clear vision, and skillfully balance customer interests with internal priorities, fostering long-term profitable relationships. You have tact, but you don't take no for an answer. In this role, you are a leader, both a strategist and a driving force for the team.

  • Set the vision for retaining and growing key accounts.
  • Oversee the retention and acquisition of new key accounts and additional business from existing accounts.
  • Create and execute plans for acquiring new packaging customers.
  • Manage relationships with decision-makers and negotiate at the executive level.
  • Participate in management teams, contributing to sales and industry planning.
  • Develop and share Key Account plans regularly.
  • Implement Commercial and Pricing policies.
  • Lead and develop your team based on core company values.

The Successful Applicant

  • HBO/WO working and thinking level
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar commercial role
  • Demonstrable leadership and coaching experience
  • Experience with the e-commerce market
  • Proven success in account planning
  • Experience with e-commerce and fulfillment partners is a plus
  • Native or near-native Dutch speaking skills are essential.
