Functie

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training to maximize their performance.
Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue growth in the Netherlands.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and key metrics to the company's senior management.

- Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in the LED driver industry or related fields.
- Strong understanding of the European market and business landscape.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Willingness to travel as required for business purposes.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
