Identifying objectives, resources, market positioning, including client and new markets opportunitiesEnsure the Benelux market sectors (Construction, Municipal and Industrial) continue to mature through focus client and servicesSupport new teams in Germany and France bringing best practices and engineering support to develop the most appropriate solutions that fits our customers portfolio.Ensure objectives and performance targets or KPIs are appropriately cascaded to team/functional levels and regularly reported on, evaluated and adjusted when requiredDevelop and implement efficient, effective and compliant engineering and commercial processes, procedures; particularly with respect to engagement with other parts of the business to ensure efficient solution delivery.Provide strong leadership and develop and motivate managers and teams to ensure role competency requirements, and to achieve strong engagement, performance, productivity and work quality. Seek to mentor and develop existing and new team members to support the growth of Benelux and other European marketsSeek to identify new opportunities / customers aligned to the Group growth plans, including the consideration of existing (and additional) product portfolio and applicationsResponsible for marketing of activities in the Benelux and supporting the other countries align with their local prioritiesResponsible to implement a training plan that will allow the sales team to perform in line of the business expectation.Develop a department action plan and objectives that is aligned to the Group business plan and objectives.
