About Our Client
An international retail bank and leasing company supervised by ECB.
Job Description
- Supports in defining the transformation project objectives, scope, budget and planning, and if necessary, re-defines them continuously as needed;
- Supports Risk Transformation Lead in planning and monitoring budget;
- Ensures the monitoring and reporting process of the transformation projects within the Management team and pro-actively informs the Risk Transformation Lead on the end-to-end progress;
- Wins the hearts and minds of the Risk function to implement the transformation strategy.
- Supports the Risk Teams to migrate workflow and project management using Jira/Confluence smoothly. Actively comes up with good practices to support the transition and to create an agile working culture.
The Successful Applicant
- Hand-on experience of using Jira/Confluence;
- Academic level - International business degree or equivalent skill set;
- Around 3 to 5 years work experience within a comparable role;
- Experience with Change and Project Management;
- Risk Consultancy experience will be a plus;
- Influencing skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others;
- Good knowledge of Continuous Improvement (LEAN) tools, like Daily Management, Problem Solving;
