Over onze klant

Our client is an international company, which supplies and produces instruments for the (petro)chemical industry. They work together as a team. You are reporting to the Manager QA/QC and work closely together with the department; QC Engineer, QC Coordinator, Inspection Coordinator, Intern Process Manager and the Document Controllers.

Functie

  • Responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of the company's EN:ISO 9001, 45001, 14001 and other Standards;
  • Maintaining compliance with current legislation;
  • Compilation of data required for management review, implement agreed actions focusing on continuous improvement of the QMS/EMS and OHSMS;
  • Carry out process and system audits throughout the company;
  • Providing questionnaire responses to support tendering activities;
  • Implementation and monitoring of continuous improvement action plans;
  • Driving optimization (simplify, standardize, share best practices) in alignment with the organization's strategic objectives and focusing on the needs and expectations of the relevant stakeholders;
  • Ensure that processes are defined, documented, implemented and maintained in the Quality Management System (QMS) and that the associated documents are periodically updated, revised and modified to meet business needs and the needs of external certification bodies;
  • Ensure that records are established and maintained to provide evidence that the QMS is properly executed and followed;
  • Audit projects and report findings and drive improvement;
  • Support departments with the review/analysis of process performance (e.g., KPIs actual vs. target), identify opportunities for improvement, design and deploy simple but effective processes to improve performance and coordinate the input for the Management Reviews;
  • Facilitate the Customer Satisfaction preparing customer satisfaction reports and improve annually;
  • Initiation of new or improved practices, processes, and procedures;
  • Initiation of corrective action in the event of system non-conformances;
  • Liaison with other departments and provision of appropriate training on QHSE matters;
  • Execution of administrative activities pertaining to QHSE department;
  • Responsible for Risk Identification and evaluation (RIE) and work as a Prevention Officer.

Profiel

  • Associate / Bachelor degree in Quality and Safety;
  • Extensive knowledge of ISO9001, 45001 and 14001 Standards;
  • Proven ability to carry out system audits to the above standards;
  • Ability to plan, direct and monitor the activities of others;
  • Ability to create comprehensive and unambiguous procedures and reports;
  • Ability to input to, and extract data from common office tools- and cloud applications;
  • Commitment to continuous improvement in Quality, Health, Safety and the Environment (QHSE);
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.
