Job Description

As a Project Manager HVAC you are responisble for:

  • Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial offering to final delivery.
  • Oversee the commercial aspects of complete HVAC systems.
  • Lead and manage design and drafting teams to ensure project targets are met.
  • Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Identify, allocate, and gather necessary resources to ensure successful project completion.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to the team and stakeholders.
  • Set objectives and guide the team to meet project targets, budgets, and milestones.
  • Identify project challenges and recommend solutions, including resource reallocation and changes in contractual specifications.
  • Act as the primary point of contact with customers, developing professional relationships to understand and meet their needs within the contracted scope.
  • Support the business development team by writing proposals and engaging with client executives to ensure timely and clear communication.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate has:

  • Proven HVAC design and engineering skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects, and tactics within a work area.
  • Broad knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline, with an understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.
  • University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
