Project Manager Data Centers & Utility (Civil Engineer)

As a Project Manager, you'll be assigned to active project(s) within emerging markets such as data centers, renewable energy, or industrial construction. You'll lead a segment of a large team project, with end-to-end responsibility for a specific subproject. Your role involves managing all technical and organizational aspects to ensure the successful completion of a tender or project within the designated time and budget. You'll ensure quality standards are maintained, promote sustainable practices, and rigorously uphold safety requirements. You are adept at understanding various contract types, including RAW, DBFM, and D&C, and are responsible for managing risks and ensuring that all contractual obligations are met effectively.

In this role, you will manage risks proactively and address any setbacks as they arise. Regular progress meetings with clients will be part of your responsibilities to ensure alignment and project transparency. You'll also lead and supervise the team's daily activities within the project or tender, keeping operations on track. Ensuring a safe work environment as a priority.
