Over onze klant

The client is a leading player in the Building and Construction industry in Eindhoven, undergoing a major expansion. To support this growth, they are constructing new facilities. Due to increased project complexity and the need for specialized expertise, they are seeking an interim Project Manager to lead this critical initiative.

Functie

In this role as Project Manager a.i. you will be responsible for:

  • Strategic Leadership: Developing and executing project plans, managing budgets and resources, and building strong client relationships.
  • Team Management: Leading and developing high-performing project teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring team member performance.
  • Financial Management: Overseeing financial aspects, including budgeting, cost control, and contract negotiations.
  • Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks to ensure project success.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicating with clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Compliance: Adhering to health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.



Profiel

For this role as Project Manager a.i.

  • 5+ years of project management experience (preferably in the construction industry).
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong contract management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven experience in Supply Chain Management and Stakeholder Management.
  • Proficiency in Dutch.



Aanbod

  • Start date: 16th of September
  • Assignment for 3/4 days per week
  • Contract for 10 months
  • Location: Eindhoven/remote
  • Hybrid working
