Our client is an online streaming service providing a direct-to-consumer experience and the very best of entertainment, movies, and original series from iconic brands such as Dream-Works, Universal Pictures, Paramount +, Paramount Pictures, Nickelodeon, and many more.


  • Influence the global product experience by analysing regional performances, understanding consumer trends and raising new customer-centric requirements
  • Understand and highlight the regional opportunities that can impact multiple regions by working closely with other regional managers to build a product delivery framework that converts local needs to global requirements
  • Identify areas of improvement for the future of the product and work closely with the central product team to optimise the E2E customer experience
  • Listen to the customer feedback loops using a variety of qualitative and quantitative research approaches (such as focus groups, super user cohorts and listening tools) to provide the Product team with regional insight into the customer behaviour
  • Work closely with the Northern Europe General Manager, providing regular update on product performance and product expertise to support commercial conversations with potential partners and support on integrating the company's service into distribution partner systems such as Pay-TV operators
  • Be data directed, working closely with the Data & Analytics teams to ensure the right data points are monitored and utilise self-serve data tools to analyse usage and input into the product strategy
  • Be the voice of the Northern European region in all relevant Product delivery forums
  • Investigate market trends in OTT consumer behaviour and technological advancements in order to continually refine the product vision and strategy
  • Be the local market subject matter expert for Consumer OTT, by attending various conferences and meetings, as needed
  • Build and manage 3rd party relationships as required


  • Digital product strategy and/or product management experience
  • Experience within the entertainment, streaming or digital retail space
  • Ability to create persuasive strategic narratives leveraging broad sources of data to be presented to senior leadership
  • Experience in developing tactics and experiments that align to the team OKRs (objectives & key results) and product road-map
  • Track record in creating top class digital customer experience locally and, ideally, globally
  • An awareness & understanding of global emerging trends in the streaming industry
  • A passion for digital products, the television industry, and its future development
  • Demonstrable creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills, combined with a strong sense of ownership and proactivity
  • Experience of qualitative and quantitative customer research in the digital space
  • Experience with A/B and multi-variant testing
  • Excellent data analysis and data driven decision making skills
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) at all levels of an organisation to build strong relationships (any other language is a +)
  • Experience working with MVPD partners and STB integrations
  • Experience managing 3rd party agencies.
