The product sales specialist must have a passion for the products they work with and keep expanding product knowledge, a willingness to inspire customers, and the ability to work both independently and within a team ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Helping to define strategic objectives and growth goals for the assigned product categories.
  • Being the go-to product category expert with knowledge of the overall market, key players, (regional) norms & compliance, and Justrite's unique winning features providing internal and external technical support.
  • Collaborating with regional sales teams to drive Justrite Safety Group's market penetration to a leading position in targeted segments through end-user targeting and product range curation with distributors.
  • Collaborating with global marketing and product management to develop and deploy winning value propositions and to help drive local new product introduction (NPI) toll gates.
  • Following market pricing and margin potential and helping develop and manage pricing strategies and customer negotiations.
  • Participating in market committees to drive standards.
  • Performing product demonstrations for customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Scheduling training sessions and attending meetings as required.
  • Conducting market research and analysing industry trends to define business opportunities to gain market share.
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Resolving customer issues and answering all product-related questions.
  • Partnering and strategising with sales, marketing, operations, and engineering teams for product knowledge, development, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying new market opportunities and relaying this information to the EMEA Sales Director and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Making helpful product recommendations and suggestions to increase revenue.


  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related curriculum and/or 5+ years of relevant product specialist experience in the safety product industry and industrial channel.
  • Must maintain a high level of integrity with the representation of Justrite Safety Group.
  • Sound understanding of CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of the regulatory complexity of multiple countries in Europe and the United Kingdom.
  • Experience in safety supply or similar business-to-business industry in the EMEA region.
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills required.
  • Excellent computer skills - Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel), Salesforce, and PowerBI knowledge and use helpful.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
