Job Description

  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to define and prioritize functional and technical requirements.
  • Design and manage low-code solutions (e.g. Mendix) to accelerate development and reduce complexity.
  • Translating business needs into user stories, workflows, and data models, with a focus on integration and automation.
  • Supporting the business Product Owner in drawing up correct Acceptance Criteria for features and user stories.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and IT security guidelines.
  • Leading Agile ceremonies and coordinating multidisciplinary development teams.
  • Monitor system performance, user adoption, and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Monitoring timely and high-quality delivery of product increments with high business value.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback for further optimizations.
  • Act as the primary IT point of contact for questions and decisions regarding the product.



The Successful Applicant

  • Analytically strong and able to look at processes and IT solutions with a helicopter view.
  • Demonstrable experience as a Product Owner or technical Business Analyst within an Agile environment.
  • Experienced with Low-Code platforms, integrations, APIs and cloud environments.
  • Good communication skills, able to switch clearly between business and IT.
  • Results-oriented and able to prioritize based on business value.
  • Work comfortably in a dynamic logistics environment.
  • Proactive, driven and hands-on mentality.
