Existing for more than 25 years, our client has grown to become one of the largest dinnerware suppliers in Europe. Building on these foundations they have expanded into the licensed products business 6 years ago, leading to a period of explosive growth. Known for creating beautifully designed products for selling to the mass market. Think ELLE, Cosmopolitan, MasterChef, Jamie Oliver and Universal.

Job Description

  • Manage all communication and approvals with brands
  • Manage and monitor all product and packaging information
  • Create project programmes and report project progress to management and any external parties (legal consultants, translations, design agencies, sourcing etc.)
  • Consult with all department involved in the project
  • Organise work sessions and meetings with all department involved in the project
  • Monitor timeliness and ensure deadlines and the delivery of the project is met
  • Monitor any risks/issues and report proactively
  • Optimise processes and procedures
  • Reports directly to our Product Development and Brands Director

The Successful Applicant

  • University/college degree in Project Management or Commercial Economics
  • 5-7 Years work experience (experience with brands/licenses a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in written and spoke English a must
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
  • Experience working with packaging (coordinating information, checking packaging, legal checks, managing translations etc.)
