About Our Client

The client is a prominent player in the transport and rail industry, their office is located in Amsterdam.The reason for the assignment is that they need extra help handling the volume of sick leave and reintegration cases.

I am looking for an experienced and proactive HR professional with experience handling the before mentioned cases.

Job Description

As People Partner and Case Manager a.i., you will be responsible for:

  • Support employees who are on sick leave
  • Keep managers properly updated, as well as external service providers (with status updates)
  • Provide advice and mentorship in terms of Dutch labour law and the company's internal policies
  • Proactively improve processes regarding employee handling, taking into account illness management.

The Successful Applicant

As a successful People Partner and Case Manager a.i., you will be expected to:

  • Having proven relevant experience, more than 3 years experience in case management of sick leave
  • Proactive, communicative and very well organised
  • Excellent process management, attention to detail
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Immediately available, living in Amsterdam area
