Determine the most efficient and cost-effective methods for production. Evaluate and decide which components or activities should be outsourced and collaborate with sourcing to select appropriate vendors. Document and log the manufacturing strategy in the company's ERP system as a Part numbers and manufacturing BOM. Packaging Concepts & Supply Chain Integration: Collaborate with customers to optimize and evolve their packaging concepts for improved compatibility with global industrial supply chains, while promoting localized manufacturing strategies across key regions including the America, Asia and Europe. Project leadership: Take the lead in projects implementing new manufacturing technology or logistical and packaging processes. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
