- Knowledge of Seafreight and Airfreight is required

As Sales Manager Logistics you are responsible for:
- Leading and coaching the team with the aim of optimizing the results;
- Determining and implementing the Sales strategy;
- Recognizing bottlenecks in the market/customers and being able to act accordingly;
- Initiating and maintaining customer relationships by, among other things, ensuring correct sales. In addition to freight, also consider all additional factors such as credit terms and freetime, etc.
- Know the trends in the market
As Sales Manager Logistics you have:
- At least 5 years of management experience in a commercial role;
- You are a team player, pro-active, enthusiastic, socially strong and persistent;
- You have knowledge of the air freight & sea freight market;
- Leading by example is not an unfamiliar term to you;
- Fluent in English and Dutch
