As a key accountmanager, you'll be responsible for the sales of polymers in Southern Europe. In this commercial B2B role, you'll manage an existing customer portfolio with revenue responsibility around €50M+. You'll build strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts across various industries and secure long-term contracts that drive growth and sustainability. You'll work closely with technical specialists and colleagues within the EU sales team.

Job Description

  • Sales and relationship management
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts in B2B markets
  • Close supply agreements and commercial contracts for sustainable solutions
  • Achieve revenue and margin targets within your region
  • Develop new customers and market opportunities in different industries
  • Implement commercial strategies and sales targets
  • Collaborate with technical support and market specialists across Europe

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 5 years' commercial experience in a B2B role, preferably within the plastics and/or chemical industry
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably technical or economic
  • Excellent command of Italian and English; knowledge of French, German, or Spanish is an advantage
  • Strong commercial skills, customer-focused, and capable of communicating at executive level
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to operate in a diverse and fast-changing market
