We are looking for an experienced Project Lead / Product Owner within the HR domain to drive a large-scale ERP transformation. You will play a key role in aligning HR processes and systems within an Oracle Fusion Cloud environment.

Our client is a large, international organisation undergoing a complex digital transformation across the Benelux region. They operate in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on innovation, scalability, and future-proofing core business systems

Functie

  • Lead the HR domain within a major ERP transformation programme
  • Act as Product Owner, managing HR backlog and requirements
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to define future processes
  • Work with the implementation partner and tech teams on system design and deployment
  • Ensure integration between HR tools and Oracle Fusion ERP
  • Support data migration, testing, and go-live activities

Profiel

  • Proven experience as Project Lead or Product Owner (HR systems)
  • Strong HR domain expertise (Core HR, Payroll, WFM)
  • Hands-on experience with Workday and/or ADP Workforce Management
  • Experience in large-scale transformations and system migrations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in complex, international environments
