The Sonova Group has a new global store concept, World of Hearing. With this pioneering store concept in the field of hearing solutions, the Sonova Group is setting new standards in the industry. The focus is on interactive experiences, latest product innovations and services for complex hearing problems such as tinnitus.

Sonova has the ambition to roll out 200 flagship stores across the globe in the upcoming 3 years. In order to support this exciting ambition, we are exclusively collaborating with Sonova to set-up their new "World of Hearing" team. Therefore, we are looking for a Program Manager.

Job Description

  • Driving and steering the strategic roll-out of the concept at a pace of 40 stores per financial year in the assigned geographic area (Europe or APAC & Americas), ensuring every store is delivered within time, budget and quality
  • Oversees plans to ensure delivery of planned builds
  • Lead the regional division (Europe or Asia)
  • Coordinates vendors and local PM's for planning of vendors overall project plan delivery.
  • Ensures execution of project plan, on time, budget, resources and quality.
  • Owns Standard Process of WoH store rollout

The Successful Applicant

  • Master's degree in Business Management, Organisational or Social studies or other relevant disciplines
  • 8 years experience in retail or construction industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding driving, planning and executing strategic market changing projects
  • Experience in partnering with external vendors and contractual conditions
  • Project management competencies and analytical skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Process oriented, self-starter, autonomous and with pragmatic, result driven approach
  • Excellent strategic, business and financial analysis skills combined with hands on attitude
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and innovative attitude
  • Able to handle both the strategic level as well as a deep dive into the heart of the organisation, in the fast changing retail operations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong business relationships and credibility across the organisation
  • Excellent command of English language. German language is strongly desirable.
