International customers are a growing focus for us, expected to drive double-digit growth in the next 2 years. So we are looking for an International Key Account Manager to lead this important segment. The role leads a small dynamic team that will unlock the growth potential, providing an incredible opportunity for someone to define the long term vision for global customers. The role has an exciting blend of strategy, customer management, people management and business development.
The role is based in Utrecht, has 3 direct reports, and works in close partnership with General Managers and Sales Directors of all the key JDE Professional markets.
Are you up to the challenge?
The successful candidate will require:
- 8+ years KAM experience and/or strategic accounts (international) in FMCG / Retail environment
- Excellent English communication skills and stakeholder management
- High personal impact, drive, resilience and calmness under pressure.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Adept at developing route-to-client strategy and understanding of deal construction from start to finish.
We are also looking for someone with clear potential for future development as this candidate will be a successor for Sales leadership positions in either the Professional or Retail side of JDE. Therefore high learning agility is an absolute must, as is geographical mobility for Europe.
