Due to the nature of the job it is required to reside in a European country (the UK is also acceptable). Work from home is a possibility.As an Internal Auditor you will work to an audit program that assesses the Standard Practice Instructions (SPI) framework within the European businesses. You will perform internal audits to test profit centre's compliance against the SPI framework and common Vink practices.From time to time you may receive non-audit assignments (e.g. research or consulting to the business), which will be dependent on the skill set that you possess.Internal Audit role:Performs audits and/or assessments within all European profit centres in order to validate their 'practice instructions' and investigate potential operational and business risksReports about the status of the SPI framework for all European profit centres and about the outcome of the audits for every single profit centre in EuropePerforms audits on (documented) automated business processes in order to create and maintain a standardized automated business process amongst the European businessesEvaluates and maintains standard automated business process descriptions and shares them with the European businessesProvides ad hoc advice, guidance and training to managers and staff at all levels, concerning SPI's and related topicsThe Successful ApplicantRequirementsThe ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience in the areas of law and / or internal auditing.University or Bachelor degree, preferably in the fields of business sciences, commerce or law.Excellent English and at least one additional (primary) European language skill, both written and verbalStrong analytical skillsExperience in Microsoft AX or any other high end ERP solution is an advantageBesides relevant knowledge and experience, the ideal candidate has a decisive and independent personalityWilling and able to travel when necessary, initially 40% but eventually up to 50% of your timeAbility to project manage an audit assignment end to endExperience with and understanding of business processingStrong administration skills and flexibility with regard to working arrangementsAbility to work unsupervised and deliver against deadlinesHigh level of self-discipline and personal ethicsWhat's on OfferRemunerationAttractive remuneration package in a fun working environment with the chance to learn on the job.
