Over onze klant

Our client is a technology company based in the area of Den Haag. We are looking for an interim HR BP to support their HR department with their workload, for an initial period of 3 months (with the potential for extension).


As an interim HR BP, you will:

  • Performance Management: Define and guide actions, projects, performance processes and improvement plans.

  • Assessment and Development: Facilitate assessments and implement strategies.

  • Change Management: Support and communicate organisational changes.

  • Policy and Compliance: Ensure legal compliance and update HR policies.

  • Strategic Partnering: Align HR strategy with business goals and provide insights, advice, and guidance to managers on employee relations, engagement, L&D, and more


  • Previous experience within HR BP or similar roles
  • Knowledge and experience of Workday
  • Must have experience working with a works council/ondernemingsraad and managing labour relations.
  • Working proficiency in both Dutch and English


Interim HR BP

  • ASAP start
  • Initial 3 month assignment
  • 40h a week
  • Hybrid working
