My client is a market leader in Financial Servicing and Credit Management. They provide the complete back office of consumer loans and mortgage loans for banks and other financial service providers. They also excel in preventing and reducing payment arrears for clients in various industries.

The Repayments Department is responsible for drawing up (pro-forma) repayment notes for the loans. This concerns buy-to-let, commercial real estate and residential mortgages.

As an employee of the mortgage management repayment department, you are the point of contact for all questions related to the repayment process. You also provide input for the process based on your own expertise. You handle complex customer questions, requests and complaints and provide relevant information. You perform work for several complex administrative sub-areas with regard to complex mortgages and buy-to-let constructions by private individuals and also commercial real estate constructions by private individuals and BVs in the field of repayments.

You will also perform the following activities:

  • You prepare (pro-forma) repayment notes on the basis of the approved decision document, quality standards and applicable internal procedures;
  • You check content whether information from source documents has been correctly included in the quotations;
  • You check the requested documents for completeness and process them to record mutual agreements between the customer and client;
  • You collect administrative data and assess it for correctness, completeness and timeliness;


Your profile

  • You have HBO work and thinking level;
  • You have knowledge of administrative processes and automated systems;
  • You have demonstrable work experience within the mortgage domain in the field of repayments
  • You have knowledge of the real estate industry;
  • You preferably have experience within a service provider;
  • You are accurate and have a proactive attitude;
  • You have good communication skills and you can communicate well with internal and external customers;
  • You are flexible and stress resistant;
  • You are a reliable, honest team player;
  • You have organizational sensitivity and are diplomatic;
  • You are in possession of WFT basis, WFT mortgage credit and WFT Equity;
  • You have applicable knowledge of ISAE standards;
  • You are good in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
