This role is responsible for defining and leading the organization's information security strategy, ensuring compliance, risk management, and incident response across a global environment. Job Description

  • Define and drive the organization's information security strategy, policies, and standards
  • Ensure compliance with security frameworks and regulations (e.g. ISO 27001, GDPR)
  • Identify, assess, and manage security risks and vulnerabilities
  • Lead and coordinate incident response and remediation activities
  • Oversee identity and access management
  • Embed security best practices across cloud, infrastructure, data, and applications
  • Raise security awareness and promote a strong security culture
  • Report on security posture, risks, and incidents to senior stakeholders



The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of experience in information security, risk management, or related roles
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST, and security best practices
  • Holds or pursuing relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA)
  • Proactive and analytical, able to prioritize effectively in high-pressure situations
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Comfortable working in multicultural, international environments
  • Passionate about continuous improvement and embedding a strong security culture
  • Experienced in incident response, risk management, and compliance reporting
