Functie

The 2 main areas of responsibility will be:

HR Business partnership:



  • HR business partner to senior management and management team in our supply chain organization in Sevenum and branch offices in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxemburg.


  • Employee relations, coach managers in their leadership, offer solutions.


  • Advise in performance management, compensation and organization effectiveness.


  • Partner to the business with workforce planning, recruitment strategy and job development.


  • Manage and support HR programs and processes, monitor deadlines and compliance.


  • Support peer HR Business partners in their area of responsibility.


  • Instrumental in managing absence and follow up (legal) requirements.


  • Provide sound advice and apply up-to-date legal knowledge in Dutch labor Law.

Lead of Supply Chain HRBP:



  • Manager and coach to the local HR Specialists (2 employees).


  • Oversees HRBP services delivered to the business.


  • Align internal processes to the business.


  • Coordinates internal HR projects (optimization, health, workshops).

Profiel



  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS (AFAS and Workday) and Microsoft Office.


  • Experienced in HR business partnership.


  • Few years leadership experience.


  • Languages: English and Dutch, German preferred.


  • Bachelor's degree and 4 years' experience as HR Manager.
