Job Description


  • Aligning all HR processes according to Corporate Global P&O, local standards and legislation for the respective areas;
  • Set clear directions for HR operations, enabling delivery of P&O goals;
  • Liaising directly with the management and being accountable for the performance of the P&O as well as providing strategic counsel on all HR related matters;
  • Manage a trusted relationship with works council in Germany, representing the interests of the company;
  • Support the implementation of new programs and initiatives according to business needs and strategy;
  • Development of direct reports;

Carry out:

  • Understand the unique roles and responsibilities, strategic goals, and business plans of each area in order to provide a proactive P&O support;
  • Support management in Organizational Restructuring and Leadership Development;
  • Implementation of policies related to HR according Corporate Global P&O guidelines;
  • Evaluation of the outcomes of HR strategy and ensuring that it remains appropriate and in line with our KPIs;
  • Ensuring effective HR communication;
  • Managing agreed P&O Budget within the responsibility;


  • Support Leaders/management on organizational structure and design;
  • Supporting / Collaboration with transversal projects;
  • Suggest HR strategies and trends;
  • Drive culture and behavior within the organization;

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology or HR Management or specialization in HR management;
  • 5-10 years work related experience in an international environment;
  • Sound managing and leadership skills;
  • Knowledge of labor legislation, tax and social security legislation;
  • Extensive knowledge of Works Constitution Act;
  • Experience in negotiations with German works council institutions;
  • Understanding of HR and employee management;
  • Experience in working with ERP tools;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications;
  • Excellent German and English skills (oral and in writing);
