This role works closely with HR specialty areas to deliver high-quality service and provide guidance and coaching to the organization. This is an EMEA based role that supports our EMEA based employees. Essential Job Responsibilities:Become a trusted advisor with the business units that you support. Provide coaching and consultative support to employees and managers. Through excellent business relationships, play a key role to drive high engagement among employees.Create and implement progressive talent strategies that proactively address retention and development needs. Be proactive and creative in recommending and executing on people strategies to drive business outcomes and to enable our team to be the best.Play a lead role in the implementation of DEI programs, community programming, and many other activities designed to continuously improve employee experience.Serve as the main HR point of contact to the assigned business units and perform other related duties/projects assigned.Understand the future needs and capabilities required for the organization and partner with Organizational Development to design strategies to address needs.Facilitate activities such as bi-annual talent reviews, engagement feedback sessions, roundtables, and annual performance review calibrations.Responsible for partnering and educating client group on HR offerings such as training programs, volunteer opportunities, team building activities, and other key updates that need to be delivered from HR.Support recruiting for respective client groupProfielRequired:Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources Management;7+ years of experience in HR;Excellent communication, interpersonal, mentoring and coaching skills;Strong analysis and problem-solving skills;English is mandatory.
