Our team in Capelle aan den IJssel currently consists of an HR Director, 2 HR Business Partners, and an HR Assistant. As an HR Business Partner for the UK & Nordics (+/- 100 employees), you will:be the key liaison for various departments and teams at our locations in the UK, Ireland,Denmark, and Sweden;build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues at all levels within the organization;work with managers and employees on a diversity of HR managersoperate on all HR levels: operationally, tactically, and strategically;identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within HR processes;develop and implement HR initiatives, and fulfill a crucial role to the success and growth of our organization in these countries;work both independently as well as within a team;Due to the international nature of the role, frequent travel to our locations is required (20-25%).The Successful ApplicantYou are well-organized, responsible, and accurate, able to set prioriƟes and work under the pressure of deadlines. Your passion for supporting employees and fostering a positive work environment stands out.You are proactive, hands-on, and skilled at maintaining good relationships with stakeholders at various levels and from different cultural backgrounds. You have a strong track record in a similar role and the following qualifications:a strong background in human resource management, culture, and change;a bachelor or master degree in an HR related field;more than 5 years HR experience, of which a minimum of 2 years as HR Business Partner;knowledge of labor law in the UK and/or Nordics is a plus;excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written, fluency in English and working knowledge of Dutch;international experience, preferably within a matrix organization.What's on OfferWe offer you an interesting, international work environment and varied position at a top player in the market.
