As an HR advisor you continuously advise your line managers on various HR topics; Recruitment and Selection, talent development, optimal staffing, absenteeism, performance management, embedding HR processes, systems and policies that contribute to the growth of our people and our organization.
You will support the business from a tactical perspective by contributing to the development of the central Supply Chain team and by ensuring the implementation and assessment of the HR Supply Chain plan/budget.
By establishing yourself as the first point of contact for HR related issues for the supply chain function you will be able to provide (pro-active) support to the central team on HR related topics. You will issue advise, both per request and according to your own insights, coach and develop your colleagues in scope, monitor the proper implementation of HR policies in accordance with laws and regulations.
You will also play a key role in establishing the personal Development Plans based on Talent management information and Performance Management discussions. Together with the Learning and Development function you will create and follow up on a training approach for the Supply Chain employees.
Undergraduate (Bachelor's) level position (preferably with a degree in the field of Human Resource Management or International Business) in combination with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role in an international organisation;
Experience in Supply chain/ Logistics is a big plus;
Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbal and written;
Flexible and willingness to travel (in possession of driving license B);
Within the responsibilities of the position, actively seeks out the needs and wishes of the internal client;
Is highly organized, knows how to structure work and projects, meets all agreements within deadlines and according to guidelines.
