The continued growth and development of our partner and it's group makes it an exciting time to join the company.FunctieAs a member of the Sales team, a FX Sales Account Manager is responsible for the management of the sales relationships with existing client accounts as well as prospecting new clients and accounts. The role holder serves as the interface between Clients and the Dealing team and works closely with Compliance and Risk to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.Actively involved in all aspects of the 360 sales cycleProspecting & lead generation (sourcing & pitching)Planning sales calls, meetings, post-call follow upsPresentations & documentationOwning/ implementing salesPost sales follow-Up, repeat sales & upsellingDeveloping & maintaining strong client relationships (via Dealing team where appropriate)Working effectively and collaboratively with Financial Crime and Regulatory Compliance teams to complete the client onboarding process in line with company and regulatory requirementsEnsuring adequate knowledge of their client (KYC) to enable the firm to deliver appropriate and suitable products and servicesLiaise with Risk and Dealing re. credit facilitiesEngaging with the client with integrity, ensuring high service standards and in accordance with company policies Understand and adhere to complaints procedure and escalating where necessaryIdentify and appropriately manage conflicts of interest in accordance with regulatory and company requirementsEnsure that the role as first line defence is undertaken with diligenceProfiel1-2 years of experience in new business sales, preferably in the financial realmExperience of working within in a regulated financial services firm is highly desirableEducational background; ideally Economics or Finance.
