Working directly with our financial team to support their daily operations, you will be at the centre of our operations as an IT Business Applications Specialist. From technical system support to user training, process enhancements, testing, and documentation, your job will involve a wide range of duties. Every procedure that our Business Applications team engages in depends on your knowledge and assistance. You are a trusted counsel to your internal customers because of your solid grasp of financial management, which includes accounting, financial reporting, general ledger management, year-end closing procedures, and tax principles.

Functie

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with other consultants to understand business requirements and propose improvements, including final implementation.
Assist in deploying functionality within our Microsoft Dynamics ERP system.
Analyze existing business processes and functionality, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency.
Conduct user training sessions and document training materials.
Provide first-line support to system users, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems to senior consultants.
Participate in system testing to ensure modules and in-house solutions function as expected.
Document functional requirements and process changes.

Profiel

Education / Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a related field.
Fluent in English (verbal and written).

Technical Skills:

Solid understanding of ERP systems (e.g., NAV, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Exact, NetSuite).
Knowledge of SQL databases and reporting tools (Crystal Reports is a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams).

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
